I. Effect

While at a base, increases egg production speed by +30% and incubation speed by +30% for Pals assigned to a Breeding Farm.

II. How to obtain it

• ✦Catch a carrier. No Pal carries Babysitter as a guaranteed trait; it only appears as a random roll on wild captures or hatched eggs.
• ⚭Breed it in. Babysitter is not passed by normal breeding — it will not transfer from parent to offspring, so you cannot breed it onto another Pal.
• ⚗Passive Skill Serum. Can be applied directly at the surgery table using the matching serum— no breeding required.

III. Where to get it — carriers

No Pal carries this trait by default. Acquire it through a random roll on a wild capture or hatched egg, or apply the serum directly at the surgery table.
