Field Guides

Records of the islands’ more dangerous residents. More chapters — towers, sealed realms, ancient cores — will be filed as the survey continues.

I. Tower Bosses

The five factions each guard a tower. Each boss fields one dominant Pal — bring the countering element and a team a few levels above theirs.

II. Sealed Realms — legendary bosses

The islands’ legendaries wait behind sealed realms. Each is a fixed high-level encounter — the counter element and a plotted location for every one.

III. Predators — 45 elite hunters

Predator Pals are heightened, aggressive variants that actively stalk the traveller — tougher, meaner, and worth catching for their guaranteed strength. Bring a Pal of the countering element listed under each.

IV. Ancient Civilization Parts

Ancient Civilization Parts are the currency for the ancient-technology bench — the glider, grappling gun, and the legendary schematics. There is one reliable way to earn them: defeat bosses.

  • Every alpha & tower bossdrops 1–2 Parts, guaranteed (100%). Farm the overworld alphas and the five towers repeatedly — bosses respawn.
  • Ancient Civilization Cores — a rarer variant — come from specific raid bosses rather than the overworld.
